In 2006, ThumbWorks! started the Industrial Diversity Coaching program to assist manufacturers (primarily) in taking a look "outside the box" of current production and thinking about ways they could diversify and grow their companies.  To date, many have taken advantage of this service.

It is currently in an expansion mode to include other sectors outside the manufacturing arena.  Soon to be unveiled are coaching options for available for Agri-Business, Retail/Sales, and Food Service.
