The challenges facing Human Resources Departments in the field today are HUGE!  It's so easy to get bogged down with the day-to-day challenges that you become reactive rather than proactive!  "Picking the brains" of other HR professionals and sharing experiences and ideas is an opportunity that many can't wait to get involved in... thus the creation of the Human Resource Association.

The HR Association is available exclusively for EBA members and will consist of three early morning “get togethers” at local coffee shops and one full scale trade show type event per year.  The trade show event will include keynote speakers and various representatives from Human Resource or related disciplines available throughout the day.  Imagine all that HR knowledge in one room at one time!

We also provide a free monthly e-newsletter called ... quite appropriately, The Forum.  It will constantly evolve and consist of a calendar of events, short articles, news, tips, question/answers, helpful links, etc. As a member we invite you to e-mail your news, questions/concerns, answers to questions, articles, tips, helpful internet links, or anything else you feel would benefit other members.
