The Training Cooperative component of the EBA is our most popular member benefit!  Companies send employees to classes where they interact and network with people from other businesses in the region and learn much more than just the task at hand!  Each class is comprised of people from multiple member companies and vary in size from ten to twenty students. 

As a member of our Training Cooperative, you control the schedule! 

All classes are scheduled based on requests from EBA members.  In order to be responsive to your business needs, scheduling is done on an on-going basis.  Therefore when you request a class, you can be sure that you won’t wait until a new semester to see it on the schedule!  In the past year, over 1,800 workers from 113 member businesses have received valuable training!
