Agencies that operate over 100 Service Centers across the State of Michigan. Our region consists of the eight counties in the Thumb Area and beyond. Our Service Centers are located in the county seat of each of the counties that we serve; Bad Axe in Huron County, Lapeer in Lapeer County, Sandusky in Sanilac County, and Caro in Tuscola County.
